Tim was my instructor for Real Estate Principles at UCSD Extension in 2007. The course was a great introduction to real estate & Tim's insight only furthered my interest in the real estate industry. Not only was Tim's teaching style engaging, he went out of his way to introduce us to different industry professionals by inviting them to speak to his class. After completing the course, I was well prepared for the California real estate licensing exam, passing on my first attempt. I met Tim at UCSD as he was my Real Estate Instructor. I thought he was a great teacher and I wanted to learn more from him, so I asked if he would be my broker after I got my real estate license. He agreed! I started working with Tim in early 2002 and the education never stopped. Tim has a wonderful combination of being very personable, very experienced, and very logical in his business. His legal background gives him a unique outlook on real estate and causes him to always keep the client's best interests in mind. Tim is very responsive and very sincere in his work.
